NOTES FOR VISITOR ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION
1. Online Registration Fee for Visitors from Overseas & Taiwan Region:
  • US$25.00 for the first person; US$20.00 per person thereafter (all visitors MUST register together to receive the group discount). Please pay and receive your e-payment receipt through PayPal payment platform.
  • Visitors who have completed registration and paid registration fee can get a FREE copy of ‘Show Directory’ by presenting your Visitor Pass at point-of-sale onsite (only available while stocks last).
  • Visitor Pass will be posted by AIRMAIL starting in mid-September. The delivery time is about 10-20 business days (depends on your location). Visitors can choose to pay a courier charge (calculated according to shipping destination) to speed up the delivery time when registering.
   
2. Online Registration Fee for Visitors from Hong Kong SAR:
  • HK$30.00 per person. Please pay and receive your e-payment receipt through PayPal payment platform.
  • Visitors can choose to pay an extra cost of HK$20.00 to purchase a copy of ‘Show Directory’ when registering, and receive it by presenting your Visitor Pass at point-of-sale onsite.
  • Visitor Pass will be posted out starting in mid-September.
   
3. Online Registration Fee for Visitors from Inside China & Macau SAR:
  • RMB¥30.00 per person. Please pay and apply for electronic VAT invoice (Fapiao) through Alipay/WeChat payment platform.
  • Visitors can choose to pay an extra cost of RMB¥20.00 to purchase a copy of ‘Show Directory’ when registering, and receive it by presenting your Visitor Pass at point-of-sale onsite.
  • Visitor Pass will be posted out after the Chinese National Day.
   
4. Maximum 5 visitors can register at the same time. To register more, please click HERE to download the Group Registration Form and fill out according to the format given, and email to the Organizer: vr@sinostar-intl.com.hk.
 
5. If related online payment platform is not available in your country/region or visitors wish to pay the registration fee by international wire transfer, please click HERE for details.
 
6. Under the following circumstances, Visitor Pass will not be posted to you. Visitors have to use the Registration Confirmation / Visitor Number / Registration Confirmation SMS or mobile phone number (for Inside China visitors only) to self-print your Visitor Pass onsite the day before show opening or during exhibition period (please refer to the timetable below):
  • If you register after the postal cut-off date: Visitors from Overseas & Taiwan Region - October 25 / Visitors from Inside China, Hong Kong and Macau SAR - October 31
  • If you register with ‘Invitation Code’
   
7. Deadline for online pre-registration, group registration and registration with ‘Invitation Code’ is November 13 at 23:59 HKT.
 
8. Visitors holding valid Visitor Pass can visit SFCHINA and our co-located CHINACOAT exhibition.

VISITING RULES & REGULATIONS
1. All visitors must obtain valid Visitor Pass to enter the exhibition halls.
2. The exhibition is strictly for trade visitors and professionals only. Non-trade visitors and persons aged below 18 years old will not be admitted into the show.
3. Visitors are prohibited to distribute and display advertising and informational materials throughout the exhibition site. Hawking or peddling is not allowed.
4. Visitor Pass is strictly non-transferable.
5. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse registration or admission of any persons at its sole discretion.
