PRE-REGISTER NOW!
1. Online registration fee for overseas visitors (including Taiwan Region) is as follows:
  • US$25.00 for the first person; US$20.00 per person thereafter (group discount, have to register at the same time).
  • The Organizer will send out the Visitor Pass by airmail beginning in mid-September. The delivery time is about 10-20 working days (depends on which country/region).
  • Visitors can choose to pay a courier charge to speed up the delivery time of Visitor Pass (courier charge is calculated according to the destination country/region).
  • Successfully pre-registered visitors will be given a voucher for FREE redemption of a copy of ‘Exhibition Directory’ onsite (print copy or CD-ROM, onsite price: RMB¥40.00; only available while stocks last).
2. Online registration fee for visitors from Hong Kong & Macau SAR is as follows:
  • HK$25.00 per person.
  • The Organizer will send out the Visitor Pass beginning in mid-September.
  • Visitors can choose to pay an extra cost of HK$15.00 to purchase a copy of ‘Exhibition Directory’ (print copy or CD-ROM, onsite price: RMB¥40.00; to be collected onsite by the given voucher).
3. Online registration fee for visitors from domestic China is as follows::
  • RMB¥25.00 per person.
  • The Organizer will send out the Visitor Pass and tax receipt (fapiao) after the 2017 China’s National Day.
  • Visitors can choose to pay an extra cost of RMB¥15.00 to purchase a copy of ‘Exhibition Directory’ (print copy or CD-ROM; to be collected onsite by the given voucher).
4. If visitors wish to attend the exhibition free of charge, please get the 'Visitor Registration Form' issued by the Organizer from those Exhibitors you have business contacts.

5. Visitor may pre-register for your colleagues (max.5) at the same time. If more than 6 visitors would like to register together, please contact the Organizer directly.

RULES & REGULATIONS
1. All visitors are required to obtain a valid Visitor Pass before entering the exhibition halls.
2. The show is for trade only. Visitors under the age of 18 will not be admitted.
3. Visitors are not allowed to distribute or sell any promotional materials, brochures, catalogues, products or samples inside the exhibition areas.
4. Visitor Pass is strictly non-transferable. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission of any Pass Holders into the exhibition halls.
